Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TipTrackr. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TipTrackr is a mobile application developed and operated by Proof Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the State of Georgia. TipTrackr is a shift income tracker designed for front-of-house food and beverage workers to log shifts, calculate tipouts, and track earnings.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TipTrackr application ("App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use TipTrackr. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
To use TipTrackr, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@proofapps.co if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
TipTrackr is available as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees.
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
Once purchased, access is yours permanently with no recurring charges. Ever.
TipTrackr calculates earnings, tipouts, and shift summaries based on the data you enter. You acknowledge and agree that:
All content within TipTrackr — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Proof Apps LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROOF APPS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROOF APPS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Proof Apps LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at support@proofapps.co.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Proof Apps LLC with respect to your use of the App.
