Proof Apps LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TipTrackr mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use TipTrackr. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency.

By using TipTrackr, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1. Information We Collect

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password, stored securely via Supabase Authentication.

Profile Information
We store your name, position (e.g. server, bartender), hourly wage, and venue name to personalize your experience and calculate your earnings accurately.

Shift and Earnings Data
We store the shift data you enter — including clock in/out times, cash and credit tips, sales figures, tipout amounts, and calculated earnings — in your personal account so you can access your history across sessions and devices.

Purchase Information
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Purchase status is managed through RevenueCat, which receives anonymized transaction data to verify your access.


2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your data for advertising purposes. TipTrackr contains no third-party advertising.


3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate the App:

Supabase
Your account data and shift history are stored securely in Supabase with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.

RevenueCat
Anonymized purchase data is shared with RevenueCat solely to manage your access status. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or in response to a valid legal request from a governmental authority.


4. Data Storage, Security, and International Transfers

Your account and shift data are stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures that only you can access your personal data.

International Data Transfers
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. If you are accessing TipTrackr from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.


5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of your request.

Accounts inactive for more than three (3) years may be deleted along with all associated data. We will send notice to the email address on file at least 30 days before taking this action.


6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

TipTrackr is intended for working adults in the food and beverage industry and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@proofapps.co and we will delete that information promptly.


7. Your Rights and Choices

Deleting Your Account
You may request account deletion by emailing support@proofapps.co with the subject line "Delete My Account" and the email address associated with your account. All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.


8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the App or via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
