Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Poured. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Poured is a mobile application developed and operated by Proof Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the State of Georgia. Poured uses artificial intelligence to help users identify spirits, discover cocktail recipes, and develop their home bartending skills.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Poured application ("App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Poured. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
Poured is intended for responsible adult use only. We do not promote excessive alcohol consumption. All content within the App is for informational and entertainment purposes.
You may use certain features of Poured without creating an account. To access personalized features — including saved recipes, session history, and subscription benefits — you must create an account using a valid email address, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@proofapps.co if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Poured offers an optional premium subscription ("Poured Pro") that unlocks additional features including but not limited to unlimited AI-powered recipe generation, batch scaling mode, and enhanced cocktail discovery.
Subscription Plans:
Free Trial: New users may receive a 14-day free trial of Poured Pro. The trial begins on the date of account creation. No payment is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access to Pro features will require an active subscription.
Billing: All subscriptions are billed through the platform through which you downloaded the app — Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refunds: All purchases are processed through Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

Poured is designed to enhance your appreciation of cocktail culture. You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with the following guidelines:
All content within Poured — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Proof Apps LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Poured does not currently allow users to publicly post or share content within the App. Any content you provide — such as account information or preferences — is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any personal information you provide, and we will handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your use of Poured is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Poured integrates with certain third-party services to provide its features, including:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROOF APPS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROOF APPS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Proof Apps LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Proof Apps LLC with respect to your use of the App.
