BarMath is a mobile utility application developed and operated by Proof Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the State of Georgia. BarMath provides bar measurements, conversions, and drink calculations for food and beverage professionals.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BarMath application ("App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use BarMath. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
BarMath is available as a one-time purchase with no recurring fees or subscriptions.
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
Once purchased, access is yours permanently. No subscriptions. No ads. Ever.
BarMath provides measurements, conversions, and calculations as reference tools for bar professionals. You acknowledge and agree that:
All content within BarMath — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Proof Apps LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the App for any commercial redistribution without our express written consent.
Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. BarMath does not require an account and stores no personal data on our servers.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROOF APPS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROOF APPS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Proof Apps LLC with respect to your use of the App.
